Knowledge Beyond the Licence
TruckWise Academy is a South African professional-development company focused on helping heavy-vehicle drivers and fleet professionals build knowledge beyond the driving licence.
Our approach connects vehicle knowledge, disciplined preparation, safer decision-making and professional responsibility. We are developing experience-led, facilitated programmes that support drivers, supervisors and transport businesses.
OUR PURPOSE
TruckWise Academy was established because professional heavy-vehicle driving requires more than a licence. Drivers must deeply understand the vehicles entrusted to them—from configurations to individual components. This vital knowledge supports responsible vehicle use, informed decision-making, and clear, accurate communication with fleet management and workshop teams.
OUR MISSION
To equip professional drivers and fleet teams with practical, experience-led vehicle knowledge that strengthens operational standards. Through clear, structured training, we develop the technical understanding that helps drivers care for their vehicles, systematically recognise mechanical concerns, and reduce avoidable fleet damage.
OUR VISION
To become South Africa’s leading specialised training academy, universally recognised for developing highly knowledgeable, responsible commercial drivers and strengthening operational understanding between on-the-road drivers and support teams.
